One needs the time, energy and knowledge to create that kind of a masterpiece. I know some folks who live in the city - the whole postage stamp of a back yard is a productive garden. Hard to do if you want to travel in the growing season. <br /><br />There is also a yard not to far that I can only admire...the back third is devoted to, well it is a devotional part of the yard of paths to various statue and water features for private meditation. Though there is no fence - being that it is in the back it isn't open to the public. A masterpiece of time and effort by its' creator(s).
