"Honeybees" (haiku)

Birds do not wonder
Or grieve over the ruined nest –
They build a new one.

     * * *

Trees deprived of snow
Have clothed themselves in blossoms –
Shroud or gown – pure white.

          * * *

Holly attracts bees,
They buzz making promises
Of honey sweetness.

Live for the Love of it,

  2. You have both birds and bees here, and I appreciate both kinds of creatures.

    1. Thank you! I hope I'm not breaking the rules of this challenge, but I like linking the haiku together. It's going to be a long string even though I only joined half way! I'm enjoying this :-)

    1. We had a couple of days not long ago when the bees just went crazy, we had to duck all the time, because they kept bumping into us!
